I have used Bio-Tech for preventative treatments since moving to the Woodlands. They came highly recommended by our home inspector. Recently we had a horrible smell in our home. I called and the next appointment was 2 days out. I trusted them and was happy to wait however 5 minutes later they called and were able to fit me in same day. Our service tech was Art. He was great, found the source and resolved our issue right away. Couldn’t be happier.
