I don't know what to say about this business. I have used them for, I think 21 years, until June 28, 2019. A new technician can to our house on June 27, 2019. I told him that I thought we had mice in the garage. I told him to spray the cabin in the backyard (which our regular guy always did). I am not sure the man even sprayed the kitchen or den, but I reminded him about mice and he said he was going to get bait. I went to look for him and he was gone. No bait. No spray of cabin. No invoice (which our regular tech always showed us and had us sign.
I called the business at approximately 8:30 am on the 28th of June top complain and request respray on July 1. I was told that the girl would have to look at invoice. She did not confirm a respray.

I received a call that I returned about 1:30 pm on the same date an was told that my service was terminated. I was told I could leave a voice mail for owner.

What I didn't know was that I had been emailed wanting to know how pleased I was with the service. Hilarious.

I got the invoice and saw that the tech had failed to note anything I told him or note that he put "bait out". I never even got to tell him about the ants in the dishwasher because he disappeared.
Nothing like being a good long term customer.
