Brandon was very punctual and attentive to his work. He called (previous scheduled last Friday) to say that it was pouring rain and if it suited me, he would like to reschedule so that he could also do my outside spraying. I did agree with him and we scheduled for Monday. I told him about a wasp nest on my deck and instead of spraying just where I showed him, he sprayed my whole bannister. He also took my keys downstairs to unlock my storage room door and I told him he could just leave the keys on the stairs. He said, No Mam, I will bring them back to you. Great young man and wonderful manners. Thank you!!!
