From the time the sales person visited to the end with the work actually being done, things went pretty smoothly. The sales person explained different issues that I brought up and suggested a solution. Everyone I spoke to or dealt with was extremely professional, timely and pleasant!! Kudos to Viking. When I couldn't get a phone call back from some of your competitors, you came through with flying colors!!!
