No Stars. I was referred by wonderful people.Worst customer service! If you live in Chico and have dogs don't bother. They have a boy coming out who is scared by the barking of a dog. He didn't even make it up my driveway before he began lying about how 5 guys being bit by Pitbulls. Called the company, not true. I am on the freeway and already had one of our labs hit and killed. OUR DOGS ARE INDOORS WITH US. They are part of are family and we are clearly being punished for having dogs. Very sad, manager Josh was even RUDE. What happened to the customer is right. They are such sweet dogs.
