The tech people are excellent. The office people not so much. I had an appointment for Monday between 6-8 pm. No one came. Called Tuesday and was told Thursday between 8-12. No one came. Called the office and was told it may be between 1-3. I was also told the tech would call me when they were on the way. No call but the tech showed up about 1:20. It would be great if the techs and office people communicated with each other if they were running behind. There is no excuse for the lack of communication.
