I can only comment on the interaction with the workers as I don't know how to judge the quality of the work. The workers were pfriessional and took great care of the prep work before and after. They also explained to me what they were going to do and what they have done afterwards. The photos taken afterwards on the work area appeared to meet what is described in the work order. In all it's a positive experience.
