As a follow-up to my review last week about moldy insulation, a response was submitted saying management would be in touch. There doesn't seem to me a place to edit the previous review or respond to the response, so I am submitting another review. We have yet to hear from anyone in management. We have even tried to follow up directly ourselves and have not received a return call.
