I am not happy with the robo call stating someone is coming the next day and does not clarify why they are coming. Just leave gates unlock when it may be a termite inspection and they need to come into the house. I work and need to have more time to make arrangements. It wastes your driver's time.
I prefer to receive a bill and pay it via mail, but recently learned if I do that my bill will be late everytime. It is a way to push paying online. Very disappointing.
