Service that was promised, was never provided. The pest control technician gave a bad excuse on why certain tasks that I was assured was going to get repaired, were never done. I keep getting blown off by customer service for at least 3 weeks with promises of a call back. But I never hear back from them. Looking into legal advice on what to do next. Just want the problem fixed or half a refund to resolve the issue. It's too bad. Catseye had good reviews. That's one of the reasons why I went with their services. Even though they are a little expensive. They said all the right things to get my business. But in the end, they didn't follow through and their customer service doesn't seem to care about their customers.
