I typically have a good experience with most organizations, and can therefore, leave a good review. However, I'm unable to do so with Home Paramount because the service has been quite unsuccessful and follow-up has been unfortunately the same.
I had the opportunity to speak with a representative on Wednesday, 09.12.19, which called to ask for a payment, that apparently is 30 days past due; however, I sent a rather disappointing email in July with unresolved actions as well as comments mentioning to cancel this service.
Today, however, I am learning this was not done, and I'm asked to make a payment for services that have not been rendered.
I really need this to get addressed as I am not trying to have my credit affected by this outcome. If I am held responsible to pay a bill that is totally unsubstantiated, then I will need to address this in a different manner.
