On Friday 9/3/2021 I had an appointment with a very nice and kind a young man that took his time to do a thorough inspection of my home and to educate me on why he was here and went far Beyond just his termite inspection but also bugs in general. He did not have to take his own time to do this but he did, he takes pride in what he does for a living. Mario Terrell is a great employee that you have for your company . Great customer service! And just an overall great individual, nowadays it is hard to find somebody that works as hard as he does . Terrell , Thanks for putting a smile on my face!
