Failed to follow my instruction regarding discontinuing the fire ant service. I called Feb 6 at 10:10 and spoke with an employee who said she would take care of cancelling that service. Didn’t happen. You guys came anyway with letting me know. I’m moving services to Terminix. Used them for years and never had any problems.
