Every year, your J.D. Smith Tech arrives, always very clean, neat and cheerful. This year's visit was the same, almost like meeting an old friend, coming to visit. The Technician was very thorough in his inspection, looking in every possible area that a Termite may be hiding, or signs that the insects have been there at all. Even in the heat of summer, the Tech had to climb in to our Attic (Crawl Space), to look for possible signs. He pointed out what we, as homeowners should be aware of when looking for signs, so that we may be as proactive as possible, should we see any signs of insect activity, and when during our seasons the Termites actually swarm.
He also pointed out to me a couple of areas needing attention and repairs, for possible varmint entry areas where the roof vents have some holes. We feel very confident that our home is safe for another year from the little insects that can destroy a home quickly. We sincerely appreciate the service that J.D.
