From the first employee who immediately picks up the phone, through the booking process, and the eventual on-site extermination, Purcor is one of the only residential vendors I have ever worked with that actually does what it says it's going to do.
Arriving on time while keeping me updated was surprising enough, but when the technician went over and above to do his job with such skill all while working in the hot sun (!), I was totally impressed.
