I live in W.TN but needed to sell a house in Murfreesboro which required a termite inspection. When I called The Bug Man, I knew this was the co to use. The customer service rep was so friendly and incredibly helpful advising me to wait until 30 days before closing. When I called back to make an appointment, a second rep was equally pleasant. The appointment was made easily and with my schedule in mind. The service man was punctual, polite and very professional.
