I always ask for a call before arrival so I can be with the technician. This rarely happens 😡 I do this because it is the only way I can know what is going on vis-a-vis my pest problem. Otherwise I just get a form that says “we were there and did you a world of good. Won’t tell you any more than that, just trust me.” Also the leave behind this time indicated that I got a fall insect spray which I VERY SECIFICALLY ASKED NOT BE DONE. Of course if I had been there when you came I would’ve have prevented it.
