Recently had One Hour replace a blower motor that was supposed to be causing our furnace to sound like a jackhammer in the wall. Was told the unit was covered under warranty but we still had to pay for labor ($400)
This did quiet it down about a ½ decibel but it"s still jackhammers. Call them out to look at again last week as it"s a warranty part and now the system is just as loud and also makes a gurgling noise in operation. Told by Katie the charge would be zero as it"s a warranty call, but if it was something all together different, the charge would be $89. They send out our tech, he looks the system over and tells us the jackhammer and gurgling are normal, there"s nothing wrong with the unit, "it"s just that noisy" "all these units are this noisy" and charges us $119 for the call out for basically doing NOTHING. Jackhammer is louder by the day, they won"t fix the issue, and I"m out $400 for the replacement fan blower motor, plus roughly $300 in service fees for them to do absolutely nothing. I"m not a complainer, I will push a company to other business when things are handled right. This is unacceptable and I"m STILL waiting on the manager to contact me that both phone reps told me would be calling almost 2 weeks later. Last time I will ever use or refer anyone to One Hour. Poor service, poor communication, and inferior products. Do yourselves a favor, call someone else.
