Our tech did take the time to blow most of the leaves out of the way before applying the treatment. I watched him for some time and when he arrived, our dog barked (she always does) and he sat in his truck for nearly 30 minutes, then got started. He spent much time on his phone, I can only assume interacting with your central office. I guess with this treatment, only the edge of our yard needed to be treated, because he didn't spend any time spraying the treatment in the center of the yard. Then he got back in his truck, to smoke a cigarette, work on his phone so more and spent another 10 minutes before leaving, but then stopped again for a few minutes on the other side of the street, most likely responding to who ever responded to him the first time.

I am generally displeased with your service. I haven't had the same tech twice to our house yet - each time with scheduled visits nor when I called to have someone come for special purposes. On several occasions, no one came, save when our next scheduled visit was due. The guys who handle the mosquito treatment apparently don't talk with anyone else at Grassroots, and I base that conclusion on experience. When I asked some of them to pass along information to my "tech", my request was never fulfilled. Ultimately it doesn't matter because there is a new tech each visit (including today) that I have to explain the issues and I know they don't talk to one another either.

Please don't be surprised when I call to cancel. I think it's time to move on to another provider.
