I have never had to wait this long for service. I could of had it done days before but you cannot expect clients to stay home between 8-4. I finally got an appointment for Aug 16 8-12, that is more like it. I also would have liked a call half hour before his actual arrival. I called 2x, I was told the technician did not answer his phone. I always recommend Lloyds to my friends.
