After receiving unsatisfactory responses from the existing company, I recontacted Bug Busters - they provided me with all the information I needed, carried out an inspection within 2 days and completed the treatment 3 business days later. Although I was already impressed with my telephone contacts, I did further research on their website and with BBB (A+ rating) before engaging. This is a company that understands the meaning of service.
