Joseph either did not close the door to the crawl space or did not latch it properly. I found the crawl space open several days after the weekend of heavy rain. There was about 2 inches of water in the crawl space. If you look at my records, you will see that I had problems with water in the crawl space previously. That has been corrected but my concerns about moisture and mold make this open door during a rain storm a big problem.
