My A/C unit was frozen and HVAC Technician asked that I turn it off to thaw out; but he couldn’t guarantee that he’d be able to return once he completed the four jobs, scheduled after my service call. He was able to return and fix the issue; and I appreciate him, because my son has asthma and air quality is important.

However, my initial service repair was made on May 3, 2019; and after repeated calls to follow up on a voicemail left by Reid on May 4th, were unsuccessful; I made a request online, May 19th. Ashley called me May 20th to set up the appointment for service. Every call until May 20th, were not answered. I’ll be happy to share my phone log with the company. I’ve been waiting for a customer service manager to call me regarding the phone issue; and no such luck! If it weren’t for the lack of phone contact, I would have given a 5-star!
