I wasn't contacted prior to your technician's visit. Pavel always contacted us to plan his visit with us, but David, who I see is a new technician now, entered our property without our permission. More over, he did not contact us to do second half of the job which is to inspect the traps for mice and/or replace traps inside the house, which is the part of our contract agreement. Yet, we were charged full price.
