I usually do not write reviews, but am extremely pleased to write one for the folks at Lloyd Pest Control , particularly, Termite Inspector Stephen V.Nemoseck.Working with Steve is a very pleasant experience. He is courteous,listens and communicates very well at every step.He goes the extra mile to provide the customer as hassle-free an experience as possible.I signed up for targeted termite treatment,thermal pest treatment, repairs and attic insulation. He scheduled termite treatment and repairs on the same day, and arrived on time to give directions to the workers.For my attic insulation project,the workers did not finish the entire attic as they suspected asbestos.They wanted debris found to be tested( the test eventually came out negative)but it was Steve who helped me locate a lab,collect a sample, have it tested for a low fee,and call me back with the results.Meantime,I decided to install skylights/canned lights which means some delay in finishing up the insulation project, but Steve has just asked to call when that is done, to finish the insulation.I am very pleased to be working with Steve through this entire process. Steve,thank you very much for all you do.I appreciate your working so hard to please your clients during these extremely hot summer days.
