I am extremely satisfied with Bay Area Bed Bug. In my opinion they are by far the best company in their field. They are super professional, very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Before working with Bay Area Bed Bug, I worked with two other different companies, and unfortunately none of them were able to solve the problem successfully. I was able to see the difference and compare these companies. Jeremy went the extra mile, above and beyond my expectations making sure that this time the problem would be eradicated for good. Everything was done properly, and even he did additional work as an act of courtesy, to ensure the best results possible. Dealing with Bed Bugs in a rental property has been one of the most stressful things I have ever experienced, but working with professionals like Bay Area Bed Bug, was my best decisions and a huge relieve. They are absolutely the BEST!
