I've found Dial Environmental to be a very responsive, helpful and thorough company. All of the technicians that have serviced our property have been knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient. They always give a call and send an email when they've treated the property (so that we know when to stay off the grass, etc). I was worried about the chemicals they had to use to deal with our tick problem (we did not know we had one until our toddler was bit!), but they took the time to explain precisely what they were using and discussed the risks/benefits. Also, their treatments have been effective (termites, carpenter ants, mosquitoes and ticks). I would highly recommend Dial Environmental.
