I called Sentry at 9:30 and Bill, the technician came at 1:00. He was very thorough in his investigation of my rodent problem, and offered to replace my vents and do a 30-day rat trapping at an affordable cost. He communicated everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He only had one vent with him (he needed to replace 2), so he said he would replace the second vent when he came back in 2-3 days to check the traps. Sentry was quick to respond, quick to do the work, and affordable. I'd definitely use them again for my other needs.
