I'm in total agreement with many of the reviews posted here, but I have a unique addition to share. I'm an animal lover, and it meant a lot to me to solve my mice problem humanely. I called many, many companies asking if it was possible to solve my mice problem without poison and without harm to the mice. All of the companies I called not only did not want to work with me, they were downright hostile. From the beginning, Jenna at Arkadia was empathetic and so respectful. Gerald worked with the utmost integrity to inspect our property and make sure all access points were professionally blocked. Gerald took such pride in his work, and very sincerely wanted to do the best job possible for us! So many people that work with "chain" outfits just want to get the job over with as quickly as possible. With Arkadia, you are treated as a highly valued customer and listened to! Gerald proceeded with the highest degree of thoroughness and compassion. What a welcome relief to work with someone who was intelligent and kind! The use of "Have A Heart" traps ensured any mice still remaining in the house could be compassionately relocated. I cannot recommend Jenna, Gerald and Arkadia enough. Please trust me: THESE ARE REALLY GOOD PEOPLE!
