Yes, I’m very happy with my service, but billing issues has been a problem. Trying to get resolved and request to speak with a manager, but don’t get to. Three times, errors with my billing. Someone’s payment gets credited to my bill and receive invoice for 59¢ when I should receive a bill for $45.00. Get apologies saying it’s only happed once that they can see, but have proof it’s happened more than once. Please have a manager contact me to resolve once and for all. I just want to pay what’s due to you for the great service I’m getting from Justin.
