Service to my 6 rental properties was fulfilled I think professionally, however, getting a call one day after the service for payment is out of line. Your check was in the mail and if I recall, it takes at least a couple of day to reach you. If you call again, one day after the service is completed, you will lose my business. Harry Lipert.
