Not happy with the level of service.

I have had 3 different techs service my place in 4 months. I mean, what's the point of keeping a techs card if the tech keeps changing every service.

Initially, I didn't get a copy of my contract when the tech first came out. I actually had to call the company asking for it and then sent it back to them.

I've asked two prior times for the tech to call the night prior to coming out, which two of them did not.

I left a voicemail for current tech to call me back with regard to an issue I was having with bees. Never heard from him and had to hire another company to come out and take care of our issue.

Also, service dates/days vary as I was initally told they would be around the same dates. Initally, we were serviced around may 5th, in June I believe we were serviced around the 20th and this month (August) on the 29th.

Communication, in my opinion, doesn't seem to be a priority with this company. Will most definitely be canceling my contract upon my year ending.
