I was very pleased with the service I got from Town & Country. I called on a Saturday morning and I got an appointment first thing Monday morning. They were very helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions. Pavel was the technician who came to the house and he was excellent. He was thorough in his explanations and very professional. He made a very terrible situation seem a little less awful:)
