Bell Cow arrived on time identified the problem and fixed it. Ironically another service provider had been out and stated that the cost to fix the unit even under warranty would be $800-1500, Bell Cow noticed that the leak was caused by a loose stem tightened it up and filled the unit, they examined my second (older) unit and let me know it was still in working condition the previous provider led me to believe that the system was low on Freon and would need to be replaced do to its age ($6200 estimate). Bell Cow serviced the unit noted that it did not have low freon or a leak total cost only $65. Big difference I will be using Bell Cow for any future needs.
