I was a bit worried since Donnie had been our technician for years but Doug was great! Very respectful of our property and our COVID concerns and very professional. He did a great job!! He even found a hornets nest that we had overlooked...I am SOOO grateful for that and he should be commended for his diligence. I am looking forward to working with him in the future. THANK YOU!!
