The person that treated my house was polite. I thought his work lacked detail. He only knocked down some of the webs in my lanai. He treated all the windows and doors but I never saw him treat the walls or ground 3 foot up and out like the contract states. Very sloppy in the house when I asked him to treat a window in a room he just sprayed a stream of chemicals from several feet away splashing all over the glass and decoration.
