For the most part I am happy with the service. I was disappointed that no one called to tell me the technician would be at my property on Wed, Oct 2 for the quarterly service. He must have gotten here when I was not home about 9am sprayed the front but could not get in the back as our gate is locked. When I returned home about an hour later he showed up within minutes. He did not identify himself by name, just said he was here for the service. I said ok questionably and then he said he was with Harbor Pest. Let him in the back. He told me when he was done and left. Some later he must have returned and left the service notice in my mailbox. At no time did he tell me not to let any pets out for 2 hours. Glad I do not have any outdoor animals. I did call to let Harbor Pest know and request this technician NOT return for future service.
