Customer service has been great. We only had one service call since we started a few weeks ago. We had called because of carpenter bees. I thought the remedy would be more substantial than just spraying. Will be waiting to see what the follow-up visit yields since I’m still finding bee activity in the front of the house and the holes in the fascia were not filled with foam to prevent re-nesting.
