We had a birds' nest in the housing of our window A/C unit of our 3rd floor condo. Both Phil and Matthew were courteous and knowledgeable. They resolved our issue within 2 days of our initial call. Matthew kept me apprised of when he would arrive. I would highly recommend their service.
