We are not happy with the items that were sold to us. We were sold the Eagle eye system here at Oceana transfer station to help with the seagulls. We were told it would deter them from coming on site. Ever since they have been installed the seagulls don't even pay them any mind and I have actually seen seagulls land on them and spin. So no we are not happy with the service we were provided.
