The biggest issue I have with PestBear is not receiving a phone call to notify me of service date - provided an second phone number to call, still no notification - technician is showing up without prior notice - if I am not home service can not be performed. My bill can be emailed the same day as the service why am I not being emailed notification of the service day/arrival of technician?!?
