My experience with Pest Bear has been outstanding. Our technician always checks with us before he starts his work to make sure we have no issues. If we do, he takes care of them promptly. Very professional and thoughtful. One slight irritation with PestBear has been the problem of getting through to them on the telephone. I've stayed on the phone waiting sometimes 10 - minutes before somebody answered.
