Appointment was scheduled for 12-2. Called the office at 2:30 and was told the technician was on the way to my home. At 3:45 called the office again to see where the tech was. The customer service rep tried to call the tech for 10 minutes with no answer. Tech finally showed up 2 l/2 hours late. When I asked why he was late, he told me that Home Paramount was down two work techs. Not sure how this is the customer's problem. Would not recommend Home Paramount. Unreliable appointments. Was told by Jeffrey I would not be charged for the service call but received a bill for the full amount of the service call.
