I am still a customer but I am not sure for how long. I believe in giving people chances but it comes to a time that enough is enough. Customer service is very poor. I leave a message and I never get a return phone call. In order to get someone on the phone I have to call and call and even get hard to get something done. I leave messages on the tech's phone and he never calls back. I have ask the tech to let us know when he is coming and he never does. This company need to get it's act together or they will loss customers. If this happens to us again I will cancel my service with them.
