when making the appointments over the phone the staff was very nice, and getting an appointment was really easy. I was also very pleasantly surprised with how fast they could fit me in and get someone over to my house. And both of the people who came to my house were very informative and friendly. All in all a great experience, and I will definitely use Town and Country again.
