Technicians were very friendly, worked hard and we're very thurough. I was surprised at the end to find several holes in my ducting. This should have been disclosed at the beginning. Some vents were not screwed back on properly and other minor details could of been done better. I also think cleaning the furnace should be standard and not an add on to the price. Overall, I think the service met our ecpectations but did not exceed expectations.
