I am extremely unhappy. I got a voice mail on Saturday asking that I call and schedule my next service. I called on Monday to schedule, and was told that they would come out when I requested. A short time later, I got an invoice indicating that they had come that morning, even though I had NOT yet had time to call. I did not want them to come at this time and now they are billing me for a service call I did not want or oauthorize.
