The actual work performed was fine. Communication is terrible. Long wait times on hold. Your people will not respond to email even though your web site allows email as preferred form of communication. I cannot continue service if I can’t effectively communicate with you. Also starting a new service requires a ridiculous amount of “paperwork”. About as bad a buying a new car.
