As a long-time customer, I can attest to their excellent customer service over the years! Since originally treating for termites in late 2006, I have continued an annual service contract. About six or seven years ago, I needed to have a one-time pest treatment for ants. Since that time, Bug Man has returned two additional times. Pests (ants) are eliminated with no issues. Service is top-quality, fast, and efficient! Service Techs are professional, yet friendly, and very informative. Brandon came this year and handled the termite inspection as well as a pest treatment! He is terrific and quite an asset for Bug Man! In addition, Brenda and Crystal have been so helpful when I've called (and thank you,too, Derek). Great organization and employees!
