The actual services performed are wonderful. We have used ABC Wildlife many times in the past and I have to say that something has changed on the office side of the business. We had issues connecting with them. It often took weeks to hear back from someone. Communication overall is much worse than it has been in past years. I felt like I was always having to stay on top of things and could not count on them returning my phone calls. This part was very disappointing, especially because the services we were paying for were very expensive. I expected better customer service, as we had experienced in past years.
